Jim Andrews and his crew (Erin Talmage and Kate Kelly) have monitored snake and amphibian populations at a site in Addison County for more than 20 years. Follow along with filmmaker Jill DeVito as she documents the work done by the team (which is part of a long-term monitoring project managed by Vermont Family Forests) on one of their snake monitoring days. The video also shows some of the methods that you could use on your own property to see what snake species live there.
