We need your support for our reptile and amphibian conservation, education and outreach, and mapping efforts. Please support us! Our funds come from outside grants, contributions, the sale of posters, atlases, field guides, and hats, and donors like you. Thank you!
Donate online: it’s quick and easy!
Donate on our website. It’s right here and you can set your own amount, and even order a hat, sticker, or field guide at the same time.
During our annual fundraiser, you may donate via GoFundMe.
At any time of year, you can donate via PayPal at https://www.paypal.com/paypalme/VtHerpAtlas (PayPal takes about 3% of the payment plus $0.30 per transaction.)
Donate offline
You can also donate by sending a check payable to James S. Andrews to the address below (no transaction fees). Checks should not be made out to the Vermont Reptile & Amphibian Atlas; we can’t cash them that way.
Make a tax-deductible donation instead
If you would like to make a tax-deductible contribution in any amount, please send a check payable to Vermont Family Forests, with “Vermont Reptile and Amphibian Atlas” in the memo field, to the Vermont Reptile and Amphibian Atlas, 642 Smead Road, Salisbury, VT 05769. The Vermont Reptile and Amphibian Atlas is an independent program, working in partnership with many organizations and individuals. Vermont Family Forests, a not-for-profit 501(c)3 organization, acts as our fiscal agent for tax-deductible contributions (they take 15% for overhead costs). Vermont Family Forests shares our conservation goals and we are pleased to work with them.
All checks should be sent to:

Thanks for Your Past Support
Thanks to all who participated in our 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, and 2024 fundraisers on GoFundMe, whether you donated, shared photos, shared the fundraiser (especially local news station WCAX), helped put the whole thing together, and/or kept on observing, conserving, and reporting herps. We are very grateful. You are keeping us going!
